After some long studies in International Relations between France, Australia, Bolivia and China, Laura has worked several years in the international business industry. But after 5 years in this corporate job she realized something was missing. She felt a vital need to move on towards a career which made more sense to her. After a skills assessment she got the confirmation that she needed a career change. Becoming a jeweller came to her as an evidence. She saw that there was huge of 14k gold jewelry available so she decided to do it.
For the last 2 years she has studied the art of designing and making jewellery at AFEDAP Formations Bijou in Paris. She has also done various interships with some parisian jewellers such as Thierry Lefèvre Grave, Amira Sliman and Marc Alexandre.
Now freshly graduated, she has decided to go to New Zealand for several months to work with talented kiwi jewellers such as Brian Adam in Auckland and Louise Douglas in Nelson.

Energy is impossible to observe but we can notice its effects : waves on beach glass pieces, the sea being a sculptor, natural phenomenons forging the landscape.

EN FRANCAIS :
Après de studieuses études de relations internationales entre la France, l’Australie, la Bolivie et la Chine, Laura a travaillé plusieurs années dans le commerce international. Mais après cinq ans elle se rend compte que quelque chose lui manque et ressent un besoin vital de changement vers un métier qui aie du sens, plus créatif. Un bilan de compétences confirme ce qu’elle pressentait et une reconversion professionnelle dans la bijouterie-joaillerie s’impose comme une évidence. Ces deux dernières années, Laura a étudié la fabrication et création de bijoux à l’AFEDAP Formations Bijou à Paris et a effectué des stages chez les bijoutiers parisiens Thierry Lefèvre Grave, Amira Sliman et Marc Alexandre.
Fraîchement diplômée, elle a décidé de partir travailler plusieurs mois en Nouvelle-Zélande auprès de talentueux créateurs de bijoux tels que Brian Adam à Auckland et Louise Douglas à Nelson. Vous pouvez dès maintenant suivre ses créations sur https://www.facebook.com/

Les arbres apportent oxygène et ombre aux êtres vivants ; beauté au paysage. Forces de la nature ils s’élèvent, centenaires, au-dessus de nos têtes. Ils nous donnent l’énergie, précieuse, dont nous avons besoin pour nous ressourcer.

Le monde qui nous entoure est composé de matière, mais aussi d’énergie.
L’énergie est impossible à observer mais on peut en constater les effets : les vagues sur du verre dépoli, la mer comme sculpteur, les phénomènes naturels qui forgent le paysage.
